About Me
I am a Certified Executive Coach and Mental Toughness Practitioner. I combine over a decade of senior industrial leadership with the experience of building my own coaching business, bringing deep practical experience to my practice.
From Personal Experience to Empathetic Support
I understand the complex, often isolating nature of leadership, having navigated significant organisational change, high-stakes decisions, and multicultural settings. This lived experience allows me to provide grounded, insightful, and empathetic support, meeting clients where they are and guiding them forward with confidence and clarity.

My continuous professional development includes pursuing an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change, ensuring my practice is rigorous, relevant, and impactful through the integration of evidence-based learning and tools.
